How Consent is Collected and Recorded
When submitting an enquiry on Patna College Guide, consent is recorded with:
Consent Timestamp: Exact date and UTC second of registration.
Purpose Specification: Explicitly bounded to college counselling and admission guidance.
Notice Versioning: Preserves the specific policy text presented during submission.

Withdrawing Your Consent
